This note commemorates the 65th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Banking Industry (May 6,1951- May 6, 2016).

Printed on 83 millimeter x 163 millimeter high-quality, cotton paper.

The obverse of the note features the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh and signature of SBV Governor Nguyen Van Binh. The reverse of the note features the image of State Bank of Vietnam building; mythical fold hero Thanh Giong (Saint Giong).

This souvenir banknote was manufactured by National Banknote Printing Plant under the sponsorship of international partners including France, Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany for paper, ink and security equipment.
